Covid 19 Safety Policy
August 1, 2020
It seems like an eternity since we all had to put our joie-de-vivre on hold. But life needs to go on and with that, we want take the time to enjoy memorable occasions with our friends and family. We are finally able to have indoor gatherings of up to 50 people, which we are very happy to be able to offer starting now. We are committed to follow Ministry of Health guidelines and even more to ensure the safety of our customers. As such, here is how we are deploying best practices:
- – Any staff that has travelled in the past 14 days will not be permitted to work at our premises.
- – Any staff exhibiting any symptoms of the virus will not be permitted to work at our premises.
- – Masks and gloves will be worn by all service staff at all times.
- – Sterilized wipes will be made available to all guests upon entry.
- – Bathroom counters and surfaces will be sanitized more frequently.
- – Bar and serving counters will be washed every 30 minutes.
- – Routine environmental cleaning will be enhanced.
- – 4 hand sanitizing stations will be made available throughout the venue for our guests.
- – A weekly health check interview will be conducted by the banquet manager with the floor staff prior to booking them.
- – All glassware and plateware to be handled by staff with masks and gloves on at all times, even during setup.
- – We have stocked up on soaps, detergents, masks and gloves for approx. 12 months of service.
- – We will institute more stringent policies, as required, to limit customer/staff close quarters interaction and to ensure the safety and well being of everyone.
Fuzion Banquets will follow all mandatory government and Ministry of Health orders. Our venue maximum capacity is 200 people, but we can, and will, adapt and adhere to current government regulations as they change. Whatever the future holds, it’s still wise to book ahead. If your event is a few months from now, then most likely, it will not be constrained by maximum group limits. If you are planning for the near future, then we will make plans with you to align with current regulations.
Fuzion Banquets is committed to making our venue as Covid19 resistant as possible, so that your important life events and celebrations can continue as safely as possible.
